How to Make a Complaint

Though we realise that unfortunately a trip to the dentist will rarely be one of life’s great pleasures, we do try very hard at our practice to make it as pleasant an experience as possible. Hopefully we manage to achieve this most of the time but there are always going to be occasions when we fail to get it right. Whilst we would hope that we will usually realise this at the time and do our best to correct the problem immediately, there may also be times when we are unaware of a problem that one of our patients has experienced. In addition there could be suggestions that patients wish to make that they feel could help improve the way the practice is run. We would therefore encourage all patients who wish to make any complaint, comment or suggestion, whether it be good or bad, to do so. Please write to Mrs Radha Patel at the surgery, ideally including your contact details, so that we can respond promptly and personally to your comments. We recognise however that some patients may prefer to bring things to our attention on an anonymous basis and a form is available in the practice waiting room for this purpose if preferred.

Whilst we would encourage patients unhappy with any aspect of the service we provide to contact us directly to try and resolve the issue, if we fail to do so to your satisfaction you may then wish to contact the Dental Complaints Service:
